P1 had a lovely time celebrating #WorldBookDay2024 this week!📚We enjoyed reading with each other & our friends in P4 Mr Archibald ⭐️⭐️ We were sad to say goodbye to MissBowen today, we’ve loved having her teach in our class over the past few weeks! 🥰 Corpus Christi PS

Primary 4 took part in a stations activity today, with 1 group working digitally, 1 group working with concrete materials and 1 group working with me to challenge the learners. We also started with our daily maths starters to develop our mental maths skills! Excellent work P4! ✨

P3, P4 and P5 were dressed to impress at the Easter Disco! Was fabulous seeing our pupils have a blast 🐣 🥚✨

We had some excellent sessions with the P6 pupils at bikeability this week! Very impressed by their skills on the road already! 🤩🚲

Plus, Mrs Mungall joined us for a quick go on the bikes! 😅 She was a pro ! 🚲

In P4 we were also looking at Gymnastics in P.E, taking part in solo talks, took part in the world fair day with our china stall AND K also received a head teacher award! What a week for P4 ✨✨✨ So very proud 🥲

On Tuesday afternoon, P4 were learning all about the rosary in R.E. We then took our healthy snack and reading outside before P.E. We were working on our running, balance and coordination skills for Sports Day. Super effort! Mr Archibald Corpus Christi PS

A handful of things P4 have been up to recently. We’ve had our Holy Communion party, learned about the colosseum for our Romans topic, developed independence in maths & used interland to learn about internet safety! What a great week 🫡📚

Smashed it !! We were all very proud when they came back to class! 🎾👟🏓

Sports Day madness ! 👟 P4 had a hoot! Lots of tired pupils at the end of the day but they loved it & they all did so well ☺️Thanks to MrsMcKee_CCPS for planning a great day!

A crazy week in P4 this week! With show practice, fun day, the road safety team in & trying to get as much learning in as possible before the end of term, we have been busy bees 🐝 ! The silent disco was my favourite if you couldn’t tell 🤩 🎶

It was time to say goodbye to Corpus Christi yesterday! It has been a fantastic year & working with P4 has been fabulous! What an amazing group of Children 🥹! Now moving through to Edinburgh to join my new school ! 🤯 better get packing 📦
