Learning and Growing! Students at @MonarchrocksGCS had the opportunity to spend time with GCS Nutrition Services Culinary Specialist Lauren Couchois in the school’s garden. Each student had their own “garden kit” and used tools to plant and harvest different herbs and vegetables.
