🗣 Speaking at Secours Islamique France Symposium, Moctar Kane our country manager said "Sometimes there is a tendency to see vulnerability and resilience as antonyms. In our reality, they coexist as two sides of the same coin."
Moctar Kane talked about the #Sahel. "Each conflict has its own identity but each new conflict exacerbates the other". In addition to the long standing socio-political faultlines, climate change, desertification and the conflict in #Afghanistan are contributing factors.
