A1. I believe that as a leader it’s important to express your “why”. Your why shapes your thinking. Understanding a team member’s thought process allows everyone the ability to be open and honest in all phases of collaboration. We all want to be heard.

A9. Building Relationships and providing opportunities for different students to showcase their talents. I want to interact with the students who aren’t typically outspoken or involved in things. ALL students deserve to be seen. We all have a gift.
