The Residential - Multiple Dwellings category had 8 excellent entries and two winners Lowfield Green designed by BDP for City of York Council and built by Wates Group, and The Lodge/Extern House at St Joseph's Covent designed by Mesh Architects

The two winners of the Open, Communal Space or Public Realm category are The Hudson Quarter on Toft Green designed by Fuse Studios Limited for @Palace_Capital, and The Lodge/Extern House at St Joseph's Convent designed by Mesh Architects
