Busy couple of days!! Nearly 600 lambs ultrasound scanned by Stuart Friswell on Thursday. A lamb at 46kg with 36mm eye muscle looks meaty! Then sheared them all today! Took pity on them with a lot of rain forecast tonight! Back onto grass tomorrow, 👌grass fed genetics

Trying something new this year, 35 Angus x dairy 465kg average weight onto fodder beet. Decided to give it a try after a AHDB Beef & Lamb fodder beet day last year. Good Sandy land here that suits it. Hoping for more weather like this as well ☀️
