Had such an amazing time at our #InternRetreat at Hale Reservation! We had several team building activities and a ropes course that was so much fun! Especially loved watching Dr. Urma face her fear of heights and tackling the vertical playpen!!!

Last 2 years have been tough. My 2 cents for each of us: This nurse by bedside might be struggling w/ childcare- be extra kind. That resident calling a consult might be missing his family- be understanding. The surgeon you called might be dealing with an ill parent- forgive her.
