Well, it’s official! I have my VIP package and I’ll be attending FAN EXPO Vancouver and CALGARY EXPO, and very likely will attend FANEXPO Canada and maybe even EDMONTON EXPO as well. Plus The California Mermaid Convention.

My physio cleared me to continue to lift (I’ve improved immensely in 3 months), and I can start running again.
I have to do more single leg glute bridges to assist, overall I am very pleased and excited to get back to things I used to enjoy

My anxiety tummy has been so bad that I haven’t eaten properly in 3 days now. Weight is already dropping.
Last time this happened I dropped so much weight I caught hypothermia while swimming in a lake.
