I wouldn’t buy a car right now if you can avoid it. Values won’t increase forever. If you must buy a car and aren’t putting much down PLEASE make sure that you have gap insurance. This will pay off your loan in full when your car is totaled even if you owe more than it’s worth.

A year ago my trash bill was $67 for 2 months. Now it’s $85. $12 of it is an “energy fee”. A 27% increase. In a year. Inflation on top of a short term energy spike at work. Anyone else getting energy surcharges?

I officially “own” my own crypto now. All $BTC and $ETH is off of Gemini and into a hardware wallet. After going through the process, my biggest takeaway was that there’s no way that the average person is doing this. Complex pins, seed words, wallet addresses.

Dave Ramsey blocked me. To celebrate, I opened a new credit card and bought a $10 coffee from Starbucks.

I couldn’t agree more. Ironically, I didn’t figure this out until I started writing. Which I resisted starting because I didn’t think I was a writer. Start writing and over time you’ll figure out if you’re a writer.
