NTCA applauds the U.S. House of Representatives for passing H.R. 5419. This bill, which NTCA endorsed & VP, Federal Regulatory Brian Ford testified about in House Committee on Natural Resources, would compel federal agencies to identify bottlenecks that cause delays in the federal permitting process.
