Great to hear that Sadiq Khan as Mayor of London is calling for leaseholders to be legally allowed to withhold payment of service charges where there is a dispute.

Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities It's not working - the Ombuds has issued a record number of Complaint Handling Failure Orders. There are no meaningful penalities and landlords just carry on as before.
