Today, Cpl Kim Davis, Human Trafficking Coordinator with the Special Victims Unit of MSHP/DDCC presented at the Missouri Victims Service Academy, hosted by the MO Dept of Public Safety, in J.C. Victim Advocates from around the state, learning about the human trafficking.

Today, MSHP/DDCC recognized Troop D CIU Master Sergeant Scott Rawson, who is retiring after 31 years of servicing the citizens of Missouri. One of the best in the business who will be sorely missed!

Today, Warren M. Taylor, 65, was sentenced to life in prison for the 2021 murders of Leonard & Pauline Gerloff, of Chamois, Missouri. Investigated by the Troop F/I Criminal Investigations Unit of MSHP/DDCC and Osage Co Sheriff’s office.

A body found in the Missouri River on February 25, 2024, has been positively identified as Russell Marrs, a 59 year old male from Hermann, MO. Marrs was reported as a missing person on November 22, 2023.
