The 2023 Troop A Public Service Award is awarded to an officer & a civilian for outstanding service w/in the community on & off duty.

Retired Lt. Nate Ahern & Communications Operator Kate McCormick have gone above & beyond generously serving multiple communities over the years.

Our Civilian of the Year for 2023 is Motor Vehicle Inspector, Supervisor Kelly Weissinger.

Mrs. Weissinger serves all of Troop A & has been instrumental in running the school bus inspection program for several years. Her team is top notch!

Today we had the privilege honoring Mr. Mark Wolfe, former director of the Missouri State Fair.

Mr. Wolfe was the director of the Fair for 14 years and his partnership with the Patrol was invaluable! His leadership and friendship will be missed.

Recognition day at Troop A Headquarters!

Here are a few of our troopers that excelled in locating and removing drunk/impaired drivers from our highways.

These troopers, along with 5 others, represent our Top 10 DWI enforcement officers, combining for 100s of arrests‼️💪🏻💯

Help keep your teenagers safe when they’re behind the wheel. We have a free safety program for your new or soon-to-be teen drivers.

First Impact is a 90-minute safety program aimed at reducing new driver crashes.

This takes place next week and you must register.

Drivers, farmers are doing their best to move machinery safely. Pay attention and leave them room to operate.

UPDATE: Arukia Ganis was safely located.

Frank Ganis and Arisha Caldwell were taken into custody.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has upgraded the search for Arukia Ganis to an Amber Alert.
