Having finished their first Op KIPION rotation Crew 3 have handed HMS Penzance over to Crew 1 for the next four months, ensuring the UKs 365-day-a-year MCM presence in the Gulf is maintained. Crew 3 will return to Op KIPION next spring after a period of Leave and Regeneration.

Crew 1 have had a busy start to the deployment by raising an impressive amount of money for the Royal British Legion. The Ship’s Company decides to ‘Swing the Ship’, having to do over 10,000 kettle bell swings in just 24 hours. Great job team! justgiving.com/fundraising/da…
