This morning I had the pleasure of sharing my story at Carnival Cruise Line UK HQ as part of their Remembrance event and met some staff who are veterans. It’s heartening to know there are corporations supporting veterans and the military community and Remembrance is important to them

I was in London for an event at the weekend and stayed near the RAF Benevolent Fund’s Bomber Command Memorial so I went along with my partner to show her how amazing it is. Still covered in wreaths and poppies, it was a very emotional moment paying tribute to the 55,573 who died in WWII.

A very Merry Christmas to all of the RAF family and to all other branches of the military and veterans. Thanks for your service.

I’ve just learned that Asda are getting rid of staff at fuel stations. My local Asda staff are amazing at helping me refuel my car without me having to get my wheelchair out and in again. The cuts will make things harder for many disabled motorists. Thanks Asda. #disability
