This evening the DWP published a new 'Modernising support for independent living: the health and disability green paper' - some very early thoughts...

The Health & Care Bill is back in the Commons tmrw.

It divides the NHS into 42 areas led by Integrated Care Boards which - incredibly - private companies will be allowed to sit on.

I believe private companies should *never* get a say in how the NHS is run.
