Sonia Sodha This is the story of a broken justice system that makes people so desperate that they take their own lives. Many IPP prisoners have been held for years beyond their tariff and if they are released they can be sent back to prison on the whim of parole officers.

The PO got caught but he most proberly was taking these drugs in regular.
