“Fuck it I’ll do it myself” is my go to trauma response. It’s the most honest way for me to see where I’ve lost faith in the system or its people.

Trauma is weird because on the outside I’m a take no shit 40 year old corporate leader but on the inside I’m seven on the playground deeply afraid that no one will want to play with me.
