This is dangerous BBC News (UK). The UK’s response to remediating high rise buildings with fire safety issues has been woefully inadequate - 7 yrs post-Grenfell, there are still 20 buildings clad w/ ACM. To suggest that this is a problem solved is misinformation. #BuildingSafetyCrisis

Almost six & a half years on from Grenfell, this morning, I am in Newcastle to attend the #Bellway AGM w/ End Our Cladding Scandal. I want to know why one of the UK’s largest house builders is so slow at remediating their legacy buildings, despite a commitment to remediate at ‘pace’.

If Sunak has lost all his WhatsApp messages why did he bother launching a legal challenge in July to stop him having to hand them over to the inquiry???
