I had to spend a large chunk of my afternoon dealing with the theft of money from my mother’s bank account. She has Alzheimer’s disease and a close relative took advantage of her.
The Metropolitan Police and Barclays UK were both absolutely amazing.

Immense courage was shown by an off-duty officer this week, when he tackled a male running down the road with a machete similar to the below.

The officer was assaulted in the process by the male & several others before backup arrived & arrested the group for multiple offences.
