SSOWA stands resilient for the rights of Provincial Officers

Press Release by Sindh Secretariat Officers Welfare Association wherein they requested the Honourable CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah to take notice of the conspiratorial and unconstitutional conduct of the federal civil servant viz. Secretary Services (Sindh) !

High Courts have suspended notification wherein PAS/DMG Cadre posts were increased from 289 to 1180 in Provinces. Contempt proceedings shall be filed against Establishment Division if they notify promotions of 44th Common or other PAS Officers. Court orders must b obeyed.

Civil servants r best placed 2 get law & constitution implemented on admin structures as per SC judgement & Article 5. Therefore , we, Provincial Civil servants of provinces form " Association Of Administrative Federalism " under Article 17 to devolve & reform civil services.

I write a letter to Honorable Imran Khan in line with Articles 5,17, 19 of d constitution to dig out the processes of Civil Service reforms. CSP/DMG/APUG through Establishment Division have always decieved political governments & there z also no exception this time.
