At the London Assembly Economy Committee on a session on Universal Free School Meals I spoke about my recent visit to Kilburn Park School School and the positive impact this landmark Sadiq Khan policy is having on families in my constituency.

It was great to be at Kilburn Park School School recently with Cllr Gwen Grahl and learn from children, parents and teachers about the positive impact that Universal Free School Meals introduced by Sadiq Khan is having on people.

Wonderful visit to Kilburn Park School school with Krupesh Hirani AM for Brent and Harrow today seeing the impact of the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan free school meals policy. Parents told us kids are happier, healthier and enjoying eating hot meals together every day. Thanks to all for making us feel so welcome!

My strongest memory of COVID:

Harlesden High Street might be highly polluted but Carlton Vale by Kilburn Park School is even more polluted. Acceptable PM2.5 levels according to WHO is 5. It's 8 times that level in Kilburn. Probably worse on the Kilburn High Road @Brent_council. Cllr Krupa Sheth
