BREAKING: A 7.3-magnitude #earthquake hits 2 km northeast of Lagangilang, #Abra

Phivolcs said the tremor occurred at 8:43 AM, was tectonic in origin and has a depth of 25 km.

Damages and aftershocks are expected.

UPDATE: Phivolcs revised the magnitude of the #Abra #earthquake from 7.3 to 7.0

PHIVOLCS-DOST said the tremor, which is tectonic in origin, occured at 8:43 AM at a depth of 17 km, & its epicenter was located 3 km northwest of Tayum, Abra.

UPDATE: A magnitude 5.4 tremor rocks 4 km southwest of Bucay, #Abra at 3:38 PM, PHIVOLCS-DOST reports.

This is an aftershock of the magnitude 7.0 #Abra Earthquake that occured earlier today.
