#RDASC’s young female athletes were getting messy with Hannah Miley via Zoom tonight as she held the second of her ‘Shout out to the Girls’ session.Following on from last week’s session, this week, they got the chance to learn more about nutrition and cook some amazing food!

Maisie, Ellen and Archie swam hard in tonight’s Aquatics GB Citi Para World Series finals. Maisie was reserve in the 400free & finished 10th.She also swam in the 200free finishing 7th. Ellen placed 9th in the 200 free. Archie placed 7th in the 50fly!!👏 DownSyndromeSwimmingGB
Had a great time at the Aquatics GB Para Swimming international meet. Got to National finals in 400 & 200 free&got 3rd in 50 back and 2nd in 100 back! Loved swimming alongside so many world class athletes. I can’t wait for the next opportunity#Sheffield2023
