Trained and regulated health professionals are experts in medical care. Medical decisions occur between patients and their health professionals. Period.

Healthcare decisions should be made between patients and physicians, informed by clinical practice guidelines and the best available evidence. They should not be made by politicians who limit access to care for political gain.
