[3/4]: The difference in perioperative outcomes between open and MIS has been well described. What if the prospective SBRT studies show equivalent OS?

[2/4]: Is it time to redefine quality standards for lung cancer? As surgeons, should we be mandating that pts receive min. invasive operations for stage 1 tumors? In a recent analysis, UCLA authors found nearly 30% of pts in the US in 2020 had an open operation for stage I NSCLC!
