I hope this is on Nursing and Midwifery Council reading list. People experience the future nurse standards as diluting their fields, and not preparing graduates for the jobs they will do. There needs to be a wholesale revision of standards and how they are implemented. #MHDeservesBetter #SoDoesCYP

Absolutely!💯 we have a very different skill set and role which needs to be acknowledged and appreciated. My training has not equipped me for the role . It’s taken my own research, resources and support of colleagues to begin to be able to practice as an RMN.
