Kudos to American Heart Association for trying to educate people about the dangers of keto and paleo diets. As we would expect, the top-rated diets in the AHA study all promote consumption of fresh produce, whole grains, beans and other plants and whole foods. washingtonpost.com/wellness/2023/…
