In July a cyclist stopped at a stop sign in #HighPark, the tour train behind him did not & crashed into him. His bike was damaged. He sustained a concussion. Toronto Police despite daily ticketing of people on bikes there for not stopping at stop signs did not issue a ticket 1/3
