For National Mentoring Month, I wanted to share some insights from an earlier conversation that I had about mentorship on The #MichelleObamaPodcast. I'd also love to hear from you. What's the best piece of advice that a mentor or mentee shared with you?

A mentor is not someone who walks ahead of us to show us how they did it. A mentor walks alongside us to show us what we can do.
