Delivered my proposition yesterday in support of Single Sex Provisions and clear language around sex and gender at #USDAW24 Annual Delegate Meeting for UsdawUnion

It raised good debate and was carried by vote of 60.5%

This is *really* great from Simon. *So* welcome to see this line of argument pushed - and winning - at a union conference. Kudos to UsdawUnion for being the innovator here. There's a *very* long way to go, in the union movement.
