We need longer books, shorter books, books with illustrations and books with none, in a wide variety of genres. Children need choice. They don't have the same tastes in reading material, any more than adults do. One size does not fit all. #MG

Perhaps instead of continuing to perpetuate negative tropes that are harmful to those with disabilities, publishers could instead place more £££ into marketing existing authors and illustrators already writing and reflecting positivity instead?
