I knew I'd enjoy it but didn't expect to love it quite this much. The Wrong Shoes by Tom Percival is astoundingly good. Emotional and extremely personal, full of situations that so many children will (sadly) relate to. I can see it becoming a favourite in Years 5 and 6.
