19 years ago, the Voting Rights Act was reauthorized with a 98-0 vote in the Senate and a 390-33 vote in the House. The Supreme Court is now poised to strike it down, overturning 60 years of precedent. This is what governing from the bench actually looks like.

Andrew Johnson🇺🇸 Ally Mutnick Look at what R’s are trying in Missouri, North Carolina, Indiana, Kansas, Texas, Florida, Nebraska and New Hampshire. Not sure why it’s ok for R’s to gerrymander all they want but Dems can’t retaliate. Accept the system you guys have embraced.

C3 1) Huge chunk of those judges are Trump appointees 2) Trump keeps violating the constitution regularly so hence the injunction 3) If you took civics in jr high like everyone over 40 did then you know of checks and balances which makes it the judge's duty to do what they're doing

Nobody ever seems to have an issue understanding that candidates like Masters, Mastriano, Robinson, and Lake underperform in elections. Voters see them as extreme. With that context, is this that big of a surprise on the Democratic side?

Wow, Nvidia's CEO now says unequivocally that "China is going to win the AI race". He says this is thanks to lower energy costs and looser regulations. The beautiful irony here is that China's low energy costs are in large parts driven by its extraordinary buildup of green
