VIDEO: Business Minister Richard Lochhead recently visited the 4G mast in Reawick, Shetland. This mast has been installed as part of the £28.75m Scottish Government 4G Infill programme. #S4GI has activated 55 mobile masts and benefited thousands of homes and businesses in rural Scotland.
