Proof of principle! First try at disgorging a young bottle of Madeleine Angevine. 7 months on bottle lees then 8g/l dosage. A bit cloudy as inpatient with settling and lost some fizz with dosgorgemet technique. Unbelievably, gratifyingly delicious! #wine #irishproduce #Cork
