1/ ~6.5% pay cut for BMA Consultants. Will have significant implications for BMA Pensions Committee too as many senior doctors will be better off retiring to prevent loss of final salary pension. As for excluding Junior Doctors that is an utterly shameful decision from Department of Health and Social Care
