The consultation is open to members of the public, and we've produced a short guide to be used by clinicians and patients who are keen to provide views.

As a result of sustained pressure including 3 rounds of IA by junior doctors, the Welsh Government has made a significant proposal to open pay negotiations for secondary care doctors in Wales.

Doctors are ready to accept a credible offer that begins pay restoration and stops the exodus, but we will strike as long as is necessary - for ourselves, our service, and our patients.
