Oxford hospital staff are to get free Park & Ride bus travel from the end of April. Staff at the JR, Churchill and Nuffield will simply need to show their ID badge to the bus driver to be let on for free at Thornhill, Redbridge or Oxford Parkway.

That was Freelands Road 22 years ago, and there hasn't been a single casualty in that street since.
#LTNs reduce casualties. Simple.

The Low Traffic Neighbourhood review referenced a study that found LTNs reduce all injuries by 50% (85% for pedestrians) with no increase on boundary main roads.
