Fantastic hurling against Tampere Hammer Gaels GAA today! Great stuff by both sides and a very welcome victory for Helsinki!! 💪💪 Can't wait for the next game on Tampere's home turf! Great bunch a lads!

The sun was shining. Two great sides. The stakes were high. All on the line. While the victory went to the Harps this time (congrats Helsinki Harps GAA powerful today) seeing the hurling grow and level raise up was the best take away. Onwards and upwards 👍

Another lovely Tuesday session in the summer sun! Every Tuesday is hurling day in Helsinki! All are welcome! We even got some refreshments in afterwards on account of the hot day! 🍻

Come every Tuesday at 6pm for hurling and gaelic football training in Helsinki! And you now have the option to do both! All experience levels welcome, including total beginners!

Big announcement! Two years since the pizza shovel incident, there is now three hurling clubs in Finland and a new trophy, handmade by Paddy Reynolds. Next Saturday, who will take home the "All-Finland Fr. Pizza McShovel memorial sheild"?? Tampere Hammer Gaels GAA or Helsinki Harps??!!

A great morning of hurling. First time ever a hurling game has been held in Tampere in what may well be the northern most game ever. Today Tampere took the win, and the Fr. Pizza McShovel as the prize (massive credit to Paddy Reynolds of the Harps for this). Finnish Hurling abú!
