It's why an Individual Duty of Candour law is also required for all public servants, including throughout the NHS, where flouting re honesty is commonplace!

The SRA have just posted this job description on their recruitment section. They characterise claimants as 'emotional and difficult'. Is this bias against anyone who complaints about a law firm's conduct? We're 'difficult' and 'emotional'?
