Justice4Elsie Why are more people not upset about Gosport? If we all cared more about each other, then large organisations wouldn't be able to do so much damage. Were the Gosport nurses from the local community? Or did they move there because of their jobs?

While I’d say she was a curates egg, Nick Wallis has done a very perceptive blog on Susan Crichton postofficescandal.uk/post/the-bleat…. As Nick likes the Fall, and we switch to Chris Aujard later, on whom Nick has already written, this song is limbering up in my mind g.co/kgs/526iq3k

decaf tea - a better best interest decision rather than subjecting our parents to continence abuse for urinary urgency - the physical & psychological harm from forcing diapers often leads to behavioural disturbance 👇

Same tactics used in NHS coverup culture, Coroner altered statements saying resolving to 'successfully treated' & x-rays taken on admission to 'after admission' - public servants are world class at misleading others Ministry of Justice

Dan Neidle Lee Castleton Richard Moorhead Financial Times Yes. In theory their regulator's professional standards should require anyway, but time & time again these are flouted. It's why an Individual Duty of Candour law is also required for all public servants, including throughout the NHS, where flouting re honesty is commonplace!

The SRA have just posted this job description on their recruitment section. They characterise claimants as 'emotional and difficult'. Is this bias against anyone who complaints about a law firm's conduct? We're 'difficult' and 'emotional'?

It's worth me saying, that it's really not just about in house lawyers, and may not even mainly be about them. Some of the worst behaviours appear to come from solicitors and barristers in private practice.

Pls RT: I suggest all victims of the NHS's 'Cover Up Culure' listens to the cross examination of Post Office lawyers/officials re the Public Inquiry, most of whom, have selective amnesia.

This's exactly what happened re Robbie's case 30yrs ago re a secret meeting between doctors!

A victim of private prosecutions, who lost his home and farm, takes the cynical view that the BSB and SRA will never do anything to protect the public from the dishonest Post Office prosecutors. The practices they deployed are ‘too widespread in the profession for that to happen’

PCJ Dr Chris Day You neglected to mention the heinous strategy of PO Senior Managers, including the CEO, aided and abetted by legal professionals, of covering up and failing to disclose critical evidence that proved the SPM's innocence. That is illegal. Accountability and punishment MUST follow

Couldn’t agree more. However worse than that, when will Treasury admit and apologise for using public funds [£100 million] to fight ? Or apologise for using expensive lawyers to water down claims rightfully owed to the wrongly accused?
