Robert Peston Ach, they‘ve probably taken a leaf out of Boris’s ‘let the bodies pile high‘ book and are banking on a lot fewer of the women being around to help vote them out at the next election. As usual, they’ve overlooked a vital factor… their families wont forget their mums, grandmums,
Robert Peston For me, women are being treated as 3rd class citizens by @uklabour. There is plenty of money..indeed £50 BILLION = overseas climate aid, Ukraine, GBEnergy, National Wealth Fund, carbon capture, WHO, and £8m per day for irregular migrants..£1320m since 5/7/24? No money for women?
#WASPI Campaign Shocking from Torsten Bell .. if it goes to a vote labour will be whipped to vote against …how many will stand up and be counted
I spoke today calling for the government to back the WASPI and 1950s women’s campaign for compensation. I warned the minister that this campaign is not going away until we secure justice. #WASPI Campaign
#WASPI Campaign WHERE DOES THE REPORT SAY FULL RESTITUTION? OH IT DOESN'T! SO BEST USED AS TOILET PAPER. WHILE MEN GET MORE THAN THE ETHERTON REPORT RECOMMENDED! YES MORE! MORE! MORE! personneltoday.com/hr/lgbt-vetera…
"It is utter hypocrisy from this Labour Government and our local Labour MPs to turn their backs on WASPI women." The Labour Party and Liberal Democrats Councillors join forces against the Government's decision not to compensate #WASPI women. hulldailymail.co.uk/news/hull-east…
This is a shocking betrayal of everything you stood for Catherine McKinnell MP and no, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman did not say “#WASPI women haven’t suffered.” He actually said the opposite and awarded compensation for that suffering and injustice.
We will not allow the Government’s decision to go unchallenged. With your help, #WASPI will fight on by asking the High Court to make the Ombudsman system work properly by forcing the Government to make a lawful decision. Please stand with us, thank you. crowdjustice.com/case/waspijust…
Actually Chancellor, Rachel Reeves and PM @KeirStarmer, it wasn't your decision to make. The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman laid this report before Parliament for MPs of all parties to decide. The report states that the financial status shd not b used as an excuse not to compensate #waspis
It’s very hard to see the love and compassion from where #WASPI women are standing, Darren Jones MP. The The Labour Party government does not even have the integrity to stand by its own independent watchdog’s recommendations.
