#ThrowbackThursday to just last weekend when our amazing trekkers braved the elements to take on the #SnowdonTripleChallenge - 10 mile bike ride, a very wet & windy trek up & down Snowdon and a 2 mile Kayak. Their #fundraising total stands at a whopping £8k! Incredible ✨

Wishing Victoria and her 6 fabulous friends lots of luck this weekend as they swap their Jimmy Choos for walking boots to trek the Yorkshire peaks in under 12 hours. Victoria has chosen to raise money for #GRIT and has already smashed her £500 #fundraising target. Good luck 🥾

So far sponsorship from events like Casey’s marathon, Vicky’s Yorkshire Peaks and the Snowdon Triple Challenge has raised almost £10,000. This is amazing and will support 20 teens through the GRIT programme this year. ✨#charity #fundraising #mentalhealthawareness

After a referral #GRIT’s medical lead & trustee Dr Laura Czech will contact the person & assess that they are suitable for the programme. The #teen will be invited for a screening assessment prior to starting. Laura is a practicing GP who volunteers to GRIT in her spare time 👏
