If Kohler does not reply he ought to stand down as a Candidate for the election! Also if Cllr Fairclough does not reply he ought to stand down as a Cllr/ Lead of the Liberal Democrats. As a former Cllr. with 18 years service, and a past Mayor, I believe residents deserve better!
