Cant believe I paid Β£15 on Seatfrog to upgrade to first class and all I get is broken WiFi, broken charge points, broken dreams and a thimble of water. Thanks Grand Central Rail your trains are as tired as I am.

Stephen Bailey You should follow Grand Central Rail they have so many issues with their trains lots of people are surprised they are still operating. A lot of the time they can't even provide replacement services for the cancelled trains.
