Next Wednesday September 26, our staff is going to host a pop-up restaurant in the FML Courtyard! We will be offering grilled Vietnamese-style meats, with broken rice, vegetables, and homemade Vietnamese Barbeque sauce. With a drink for $6. 430pm to 630pm, or until we sell out!

Wow, y’all were hungry today! You guys sold us out of most of our food! Guess we have a lot of prep to do for service tomorrow! We will be at STEPS until 3, serving a limited menu, but back in full gear tomorrow at 9!

Wow, the weather for tomorrow looks pretty bad. We are going to call it, and cancel service for tomorrow. Temps are looking pretty bad for Wednesday, but we won't make that call yet, things could change. Cross your fingers!

Ouch, we can't catch a break. We won't be able to be on campus tomorrow, as South Mountain hasn't been friendly to us. Let's hope for a warm-up in Bethlehem, then we can get back to cooking!

Well, here it comes again. Wintery mix is looking bad, so we are going to pull the plug on service tomorrow. It's a bummer, but that's PA winters! We will see you back on campus after this thing clears up!

Our staff has been working tirelessly to bring a new food truck concept to Lehigh Campus, and today is a huge milestone in that quest. We did a special event on Greek Hill, and officially served our premier menu. Simply Skewered is coming very soon, and you're going to love it.
