Our first #LutonCitizensFund decision day is starting at Bushmead Hub for #Barnfield, #Biscot, #HighTown, #Saints wards. Over 50 residents have come to have their say on how £170k of funding can support voluntary groups.

Results are in, and all 9 groups have reached the threshold to receive funding for their project as residents have decided they are beneficial for their community. A big thank you to our partners Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation who are supporting this programme. #LutonCitizensFund

People's Park and Wardown Park in High Town ward have retained their Green Flag status. This is a national recognition of excellence following on-site judging by GreenFlagAward. Friends of People's Park will continue to help Luton Council maintain and improve the open space.
