CCDC ACTION CCDC Friends, Have you seen the data showing laws like SB065 invite and increase racial profiling? We can and must curb distracted driving to protect BOTH our neighbors with disabilities AND our neighbors of color. SB065 needs a racial justice amendment.

🛑If SB24-065 passes as written, expect an increase in racial and ethnic profiling in traffic enforcement. Massachusetts tried this experiment, and data shows Black and Latino drivers were more likely to be stopped and ticketed than white drivers.
