I agree. We should be regulating this type of price fixing, period. I think the Senate democrats who killed this owe it to Coloradans struggling with rent increases to explain their logic more clearly, cuz it doesn’t make sense to me.

To be clear this means that several senate Dems sided with a company that is being criminally investigated by the US DOJ for price fixing in the rental market. If the price of rent is our main priority, why side with a company that brags about driving up the price of rent?
