Using Fluent BioSciences's PIPseq platform and their T1000 kit to capture up to 1 million cells, coupled with Ultima Genomics seq, we were able to show clonal lineage trees like this one that have restriction of specific cell reprogramming fates with our Mutable CellTagging technology.
